Experian slapped by the DoJ for sending spam emails with no opt out | Despite the settlement, the company still denies any wrongdoing::undefined
Ah yes, a 650k company for a company making billions.
Proprtionate to my own income, that’s like $50 fine. Pathetic.
That’s why settlements are bullshit. Sure the “victim” gets a payout but no one has to admit anything and nothing seriously changes.
But if nothing changes and they continue their crap, and the victim can sue them again next year. Or next week. Or tomorrow…
Ah if we’re talking 650k a week now we’re getting somewhere
Can we do 650k per email sent? That’d get them to stop pretty quickly.
Experian sucks. It’s the only one of the big 3 that I can never pull my credit report from
Now do politicians and their campaign emails
