I know people here want to talk about flock, but does no one find it questionable a journalist got loaned a $150k vehicle to review? And then another alleged journalist according to the story got pulled over in a $105k Land Rover they were loaned to review? As a journalist, do they also receive homes and women to review? Sounds like some serious corruption right there.

You may be right but pretty much everyone who was on this likely just never read the contract they signed, so if they really want to fight it the lawsuit likely wouldn’t be successful.

Heck, they may just hand over a brown bag full of cash, get caught on camera, and still face no consequences.

NYT is still a dog shit pro-genocide publication. I think people are just waking up to the fact that mainstream media organizations overwhelmingly represent the Epstein-class and not the average American.

I get it. You’re absolutely right it doesn’t make them idiots. Even I’m being hyperbolic to an extent. The real issue is much bigger and doesn’t stop at Microsoft. I get why people feel so powerless and end up going along with the status quo. Really, the fact that we’ve allowed it is more of a reflection on our collective Idiocracy.

Anyone who pays to install software from a spyware company is incredibly naive to say the least

Sorry we can’t all be billionaires who got us into this position. Yes, you could say oligarchs got us into rhis, and in reality Zionism is really just the colonial project of the oligarchs

Parallel would mean reality that is the same as our own.

Black, Middle Eastern, or anyone that opposes Israel’s occupation of the United States. Take your pick but when midterms come and you’re told you have to pick the pro-genocide Democrat then remember, this is what you voted for.

uBlock Origin Light works fine. In fact I prefer it for the most part. They should have found better ways to provide the exact same features in MV3 though even if that meant additional warnings or prompts. I get why declarative requests provide more privacy and safety, but there will always be power users who’d rather have more choice.

Can you explain what they are? I’m curious what POP3 offers that IMAP4 doesn’t.

This is why the push to subsidize these AI companies and data centers with your taxpayer money is dumb, when ultimately they’ll use them against you. If anything though they need to be making consumer AI cheaper. Manufacturers are engaging in antitrust activities and they need to be held accountable.

Signal cares so much about your privacy that they need your phone number.

These greed demons make me more of a socialist everyday. America is fucked in this AI race. If only the .001%% can create AI by owning all the property rights, how do they expect a society to collaborate & innovate?

It defaults to local models only from what I know. You probably are responding from a device that uses embedded models already. If you are against technology how are you responding?

I mean this is both good and bad isn’t it? If people are relying on Grok they’re probably going to get bullshit. I’ve actually found ChatGPT to be the worst and most biased compared to Gemini or Claude, especially as it pertains to Israel. ChatGPT will claim killing tens of thousands of innocent people in Gaza is nuanced because of religious doctrine. While Gemini at least recently will acknowledge human rights abuses among other things. If they are using it to form an opinion entirely then probably not a good thing, but if they are asking questions to try to learn more about something I think it is likely a good thing that they’re trying to become more educated. But again, really depends on the AI, how you use it and if people treat everything as fact or try to do more research based on answers as well as asking for its sources.

I’ve been temp banned from Reddit multiple times now, for simply opposing genocide & war on behalf of Israel. People getting banned from Reddit should be seen as a badge of honor & means they’re likely doing something right.

Gotta say Sam, spoken like a true sister molester
By companies that buy reviews. Not journalism.
