I just assume that these people never have any problems that they have to solve personally. Otherwise they would be frustrated by the inability to find necessary information. They are either rich or children or both.
It depends on your state. The verbiage that works on one state doesn’t necessarily work in another.

Years ago google was looking at doing a modular phone. It was basically a frame with modules on the back that contained the battery, storage, cameras, and even the processor. The screen was even replaceable in a similar way. I really want someone to do another project ara.
I have a desktop and there’s no reason for it to constantly be drawing power. It boots fast enough even with fast boot disabled that it’s not an issue for me.
I leave my work laptop on, but it lives on my desk at work. Not my power bill not my problem. I still have to regularly reboot it because windows can’t update without reboots.
