I totally agree with you that generation changes are either currently or going to be used as a form of planned obsolescence. I reckon that within 10 years or so we’ll have sub generation types (things 6.5G) that will force people to buy new devices.
This entire thread has been rampant generalisations and shitting on an entire group of people for owning a product. Real Reddit energy which I ignorantly thought we’d be better about.
Yeah, Elon sucks, but all of a sudden that must mean Tesla owners are Nazis? Come on, what a load of bullshit.
Broadcom is one of the worst fuckin suppliers
Oh yeah I feel soooooo defeated and crushed just like soooooo sad that I have to be here and not with spez
It was created by a Reddit user for the purposes of hosting images posted to Reddit but it was never owned by Reddit
Probably not a good idea to underestimate a multiple trillion dollar company
Good is what generates money. If it works it’s good
monke see video, monke put in library
I refused to buy a PS5 because of how ugly it is. My friends got one, but I chose an XB1X because of how much better it goes with my house.
Your condescension makes you sound insufferable.
I mean, they’re allowed to comment. You don’t have to only have a positive opinion to be allowed to make a comment
Grindr went through a period where it was really shit, but in the last two years or so it has gotten a lot better.
In Australia there were laws preventing our cable provider from showing ads in the first two years. Now they can show ads but cannot earn more than 50% revenue from ads.
Their algorithm doesn’t incentivize dates, it incentivizes validation. Part of the gender spectrum is starting to realise that and rebel. People don’t want to pay $x to make someone else’s day better if there’s nothing in it for them.
Did you read the article? They’re working on a fix
It’s not even accounts being reused. Grindr only requires email+password so a committed person could easily have 100 emails ready to go to sign up with Grindr. This wouldn’t be any different from most other websites. Still a bad design choice but as far as Grindr can shallowly see it’s a different account each time.
Partners are allowed to negotiate their contracts with Twitch. Affiliates can’t.
Not being allowed to merge chats with third-party tools is fucking stupid. No matter what changes Twitch makes that are positive they always put some fucking ridiculous caveat on it.
Are there any good alternatives to Glassdoor? The website and app were already hot UX garbage as it is so difficult to find salaries in other countries and figure out the currency without it bugging out frequently.
