Ogame is one of those free browser games with pay to win mechanics. I play it every few years just to get rid of that build and deploy fleet bug.
NMSky was pretty mellow and I enjoyed it, up until all the planets i discovered and named had thier names reverted back. No cursing or anything obvious as to why, most were Donkey themed since I am a_d0nkey.
IMO its a specialty market now, the demand isnt there to make a streamlined business model for a large enough profit for the investment
Half life Haven’t replayed it since it came out annnnd…just got a new steam deck and have it hooked up to the TV & controller…
I’m in this mind set.
I really didn’t get it when I visited a planet, then the next…then the next and they (collection missions??? absolutely forgettable) seemed very monotonous.
I did like the robots/bad guys who spoke in a blur of noise, and thought the way the wepons worked (using the “mass effect”) was interesting…but…that was about it.
literally everything else was forgettable and…meh… which is a shame for me because I really wanted to like it.
I’ve always had an Xbox, but the One is my last. The game pass is like cable TV, hundreds of meh games to choose from, one or two gems…the game library itself is…a lot less than what I can get elsewhere.

If you can, srart collecting all the recordings and play them, they add so much depth to the game and…they are haunting.
I absolutely love little “time bomb” jokes that are only placed for the amusement of the perpetrator(s), but are then found randomly. This is the best type of humor.
